GENERAL SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Medical Director and Program Director the LPN or RN performs tasks in providing clinical services to all behavioral health members. Provides appropriate medical services and support as JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborates with prescribing clinicians and clinical staff to promote member appropriate medical procedures and makes necessary referrals. Coordinates medical care with primary physician and other health care members behavior patterns and medical symptoms related to treatment. Report assessment to prescribing clinician or clinical staff for medication delivery as ordered by prescribing clinician or other health care necessary charting and record keeping in accordance with agency and funding source and/or provides education specific to identified medical nutritional advising and and participates in appropriate meetings and clinical injections to members when other related duties in accordance with agency growth and care for wellness members teach wellness classes and provides support to wellness with director of nursing on referrals to wellness for following any policies procedures and controls established by the organization the HIPAA Privacy Officer and/or the HIPAA Security Officer regarding access to protection of and the use of the other related duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs nursing skills including but not limited to vital signs monitoring timely medication administration as ordered per provider wound care nursing assessments and providing full support and assistance during all phases of the treatment independently appropriate sound critical decisions under extreme stress and in emergency situations. Informs Executive Level officers of sentinel events occurring within the in close collaboration with other medical services staff members and management of to develop clear processes for medication services and physical health integration to ensure the highest level of quality care for professional reports on such matters as; services offered program personnel and other aspects of the companys and compiles statistical records and reports utilizing a computer and related injections to patients as needed clearly documenting information in patients medical record and following best recommends develops and enforces appropriate procedures policies and techniques to be used in routine operations emergency operations and prevention training and materials for staff on effective methods working with patients considering needs for medication and physical as liaison for Executive Leadership providing guidance on practices and needs regarding physical health knowledge of agency rules regulations and to perform the technical operations within the department and specifically as they relate to and recommends amendments and solutions to technical problems as and ensures that all facility infrastructures are properly and delivers company presentations to the staff and community groups and represents the company on various community and other agency committees as oversight to Physician Extenders and Prescribers to ensure medications and treatments are correctly administered and delivered as for following any policies procedures and controls established by the organization the HIPAA Privacy Officer and/or the HIPAA Security Officer regarding access to protection of and the use of the other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the QUALIFICATIONS:Education Completion of nursing training from an accredited school of (2) years of experience working as an LPN required. Must have previous experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) - Current active and unrestricted license in the state of AZ as a License Practical Nurse (LPN).RN QUALIFICATIONS:Experience Two (2) years of nursing - Current Unencumbered RN Licensure in ArizonaREGULATORY:Minimum 18 years of Level I fingerprint clearance (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).CPR First Aid AED certification if required (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).Current valid Arizona Drivers License and 39-month Motor Vehicle Report and proof of vehicle registration liability insurance to meet insurance requirements if current negative TB test result if required (Employer provides).Questions about this position Contact us
