Join Our Team as a Hotel Operations Internat theHomewood Suites by Hilton Greenville Downtown!

At Parks Hospitality Group we are looking for a summer intern to assist various departments within the hotel and gain practical experience and insight into hotel operations. This internship program offers hands-on training in multiple hotel functions providing valuable skills for future career advancement.

What Youll Do:

• Rotate through different departments (Guest Services Housekeeping F&B etc.) to understand each departments role in hotel operations.
• Assist with daily tasks and special projects to support departmental goals.
• Shadow team members and attend meetings to gain insights into hotel management.
• Help improve operational processes and services based on observations and feedback.
• Provide guest assistance as needed and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist department heads with assigned functions and tasks learning systems tools and software.

What Youll Need:

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality management or related degree program (minimum GPA of 3.0).
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
