Thriving Minds is a well-regarded pediatric psychology practice and recognized center of excellence for the assessment and treatment of Selective Mutism. We are seeking a motivated psychologist or clinical social worker to join our Ada Michigan clinic in a specialty-track role focused on building advanced competency and long-term leadership in Selective Mutism treatment.
This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about evidence-based care eager for mentorship and excited about becoming deeply skilled in a niche area of pediatric mental health.

Thriving Minds provides compassionate research-backed treatment to children and adolescents across our clinics in Brighton Livonia Chelsea and Ada Michigan. Our Ada clinic is a large fully equipped facility designed to support specialized care and collaborative work. Your Role
- Provide evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents (ages 320)
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 2025 clients
- Focus on the assessment and treatment of Selective Mutism along with anxiety OCD ADHD depression and behavioral challenges
- Coach and support parents throughout treatment
- Collaborate with schools and provide consultation to educators and staff
- Engage in ongoing learning and consultation
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $70000 $100000 annually

Qualifications
- Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology or social work
- Must hold (or be eligible for) Michigan LP LLP TLLP LMSW
- Training and experience in CBT/behavioral therapy and parent-focused interventions
- Passion for working with children and families
