Home Manager (RGN) 60000 Bonus

This nursing home provides care for older adults including those living with dementia and is currently operating at a good standard with a Good CQC rating. The next manager will build on whats already working bringing steady hands-on leadership while working closely with a senior management team that offers guidance and support. This position is not suitable for candidates without hands-on leadership and CQC compliance experience.

Salary: 60000 per annum
Bonus: Performance-related Up to 10000

What Youll Need

Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN
Proven experience in a care home management role
Strong working knowledge of CQC requirements and inspection processes
Experience in elderly care including dementia care
Confidence making operational staffing and clinical decisions

History of good or outstanding CQC outcomes

What Youll Do

Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the care home
Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
Lead manage and develop nursing and care staff including rotas and supervision
Maintain high standards of person-centred care for elderly and dementia residents
Work directly on the floor during a weekly Friday morning clinical shift
Build and maintain effective relationships with families professionals and inspectors
