Home Manager (RGN) 60000 Bonus

This nursing home provides care for older adults including those living with dementia and is currently operating at a good standard with a Good CQC rating. The next manager will build on whats already working bringing steady hands-on leadership while working closely with a senior management team that offers guidance and support. What Youll Need

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN
  • Proven experience in a care home management role
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC requirements and inspection processes
  • Experience in elderly care including dementia care
  • Confidence making operational staffing and clinical decisions
  • History of good or outstanding CQC outcomes

What Youll Do

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the care home
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead manage and develop nursing and care staff including rotas and supervision
  • Maintain high standards of person-centred care for elderly and dementia residents
  • Work directly on the floor during a weekly Friday morning clinical shift
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with families professionals and inspectors
