Job Summary
- You will lead cross-functional projects with focus on product development/product introduction and quality management from analysis and conception to implementation and roll-out with measurable impact
- You will establish and optimize processes for quality/performance management across the organization as part of an operating model transformation project
- You will develop/manage the development of analytics and automatization solutions in collaboration with the data and tech organizations to continuously improve our data-driven mindset streamline key processes and consistently challenge the impact of new initiatives
Qualifications :
- You have successfully completed a Masters degree in engineering computer science or natural sciences
- You have 1-3 years of professional experience e.g. in management/tech consulting business development project management
- Ideally you have personally structured and led workstreams or projects or have experience from highly dynamic work environments such as (scaling) start-ups
- Ideally you have experience in data analysis (e.g. Excel Python or SQL) and low-code applications e.g. for automation (e.g. PowerAutomate Airtable)
- You can manage your own workstreams and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams.
- You have an analytical proactive and highly solution-oriented approach
- You embody determination a high degree of proactivity and a sense of responsibility
- You set high standards for yourself and others and demonstrate a can-do attitude that motivates others
- You can communicate confidently in German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
