Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end SAP maturity assessment project across relevant business functions.
- Evaluate the utilization and adoption of key SAP modules such as PP FI/CO MM and others as applicable.
- Identify opportunities for optimization of SAP functionality and system usage.
- Develop a comprehensive process improvement roadmap aligned with business goals and operational needs.
- Facilitate workshops interviews and documentation reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare clear assessment reports findings and recommendations for leadership teams.
- Ensure effective project governance timelines and communication across stakeholders.
Required qualification:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager ideally in SAP-related or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (PP FI/CO MM) and their integration points.
- Experience conducting system maturity assessments or business process evaluations.
- Excellent analytical communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders.
