Are you a strategic creative marketer ready to make a global impact Were looking for an experienced Platform & Brand Marketing Manager to lead daytoday marketing activity across five business brands within the growing IDEX MPT platform.
In this highvisibility role you will shape brand presence drive lead generation and enhance customer engagement through wellplanned wellexecuted and insightdriven marketing campaigns. Youll work closely with global teams product management sales and external creative partners to deliver marketing programmes that move the needle.
What Youll Do
As our Platform & Brand Marketing Manager you will:
- Develop campaign strategies in partnership with Product Management Sales and external agencies
- Identify target segments and customer groups to inform marketing direction
- Oversee execution of multibrand campaigns and ensure ontime delivery
- Collaborate with regional teams in India and China to localise and adapt plans
- Manage marketing budgets and deliver projects within scope
- Create and maintain sales collateral including brochures case studies animations and presentations
- Brief and manage creative suppliers producing visual and digital content
- Work crossfunctionally to gather insights and ensure strategic alignment
- Track campaign performance leadgeneration metrics and ROI
- Provide recommendations for continual improvement and future marketing planning
What Youll Bring
Were looking for someone with:
- Proven B2B marketing experience ideally in engineering manufacturing or technical sectors
- Background in a senior marketing role with global exposure
- Strong experience managing multibrand strategies and complex portfolios
- Excellent project management and stakeholderengagement capabilities
- Confidence facilitating workshops and gathering insights from SMEs
- Experience producing highquality marketing collateral and working with creative agencies
- Familiarity with CRM systems leadtracking tools and marketing reporting platforms
- Ability to thrive in a global fastpaced environment with regular travel
