The Role
We are searching for a Team Leader of Product Analysis who will lead a cross-functional team of Product Analysts embedded in delivery teams and focused on designing and enhancing trading and banking capabilities in the Wealthscape platform for Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS).
You will blend deep knowledge and practice of product strategy product management and business analysis expertise and provide leadership to drive business deliverables within the Product Development Life Cycle with a passion for coaching mentoring and developing associates. This role is pivotal in bridging business strategy with product delivery execution requiring strong leadership deep business analysis expertise and the ability to build trusted relationships across product areas and technology teams.
Your responsibilities include:
Oversee a community of Product Analysts who work on delivery teams providing business analysis and product management expertise.
Manage develop and empower associates as a leader and a specialist to enable career growth and increase impact.
Create a vibrant community of growth development prioritization continuous improvement and open and honest feedback.
Proactively partner with domain product area functional and delivery team leaders to influence strategic backlog and prioritization decisions related to your area of expertise.
Act as a bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams to help articulate business needs and focus on key priorities and deliverables.
Establish and promote best practices and standard approaches to business analysis and product delivery within the organization to drive consistency and quality across delivery teams.
Identify current and future skill requirements for chapter members in partnership with product leaders.
Allocate talent and expertise across product areas and delivery teams to align chapter members to the highest priorities ensure delivery teams have the right expertise to deliver value and results and build learning opportunities to grow and develop talent.
Actively develop and share relevant insights knowledge industry standard methodologies and developments within your area of expertise across the organization.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelors degree in business computer science or engineering preferred.
10-15 years of technology product management experience with impactful results
Experience designing developing and implementing dynamic products and solutions.
Financial services experience preferred.
Proven knowledge of the business work required to make the full product life cycle successful and skills at executing on those tasks from real experience.
Experience leading coaching mentoring and developing people and teams.
Experience identifying and acquiring talent needs; and strategic resource planning and talent allocation across large organizations.
Agile leadership experience is a big plus.
You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with which you build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization.
You are intellectually curious and model a culture of continuous learning mentoring and coaching.
You take a data-focused approach to decision making in day-to-day leadership and strategic tradeoff analyses.

IWMS Product Solutions & Strategy is a community of committed product leaders. Chapter members work in squads to understand and gather business requirements collaborate with stakeholders utilize analytical thinking to assess requirements and prioritize tasks and enhance client experiences ensuring that the development team builds solutions that meet user needs and business goals. We are looking for someone with great product leadership capabilities a strong interest and background in working with clients & technology partners and an ability to envision a future way of working as product delivery leaders in this dynamic space.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
