Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN or RMN) 23.50 per hour 44 Hours per week
Looking for a role where your clinical expertise and leadership make a real difference every day Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their growing team. The home provides exceptional care for older adults many of whom are living with dementia.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse who thrives in a supportive person-centred environment and is ready to step into a key leadership role. Youll guide mentor and inspire a team of dedicated carers and nurses - helping to shape a positive culture while ensuring outstanding clinical care.
What Were Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Proven experience in a nursing home or dementia care setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical procedures elderly care and dementia support.
- Excellent communication decision-making and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
- A compassionate empathetic and proactive approach to care delivery.
- Confident in managing clinical risk safeguarding and care compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong clinical leadership across the nursing team to ensure high-quality person-centred care.
- Monitor and evaluate care plans ensuring they are updated in line with residents changing needs.
- Act as a role model and mentor to junior staff supporting training and development.
- Ensure safe medication administration and clinical procedures in line with best practice and regulatory standards.
- Promote a culture of dignity respect and choice for all residents.
- Lead and support clinical audits risk assessments and safeguarding practices.
- Foster open communication with residents families and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Support with staff rotas supervisions and clinical governance processes.
