This role sits within theGlobal Brand Experienceteam which defines and delivers the global creative vision for allphysical consumer touchpoints including flagship retail wholesale environments shopinshops popups window concepts and instore experiences. The team partners closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency innovation and excellence across all markets.
TheSenior Specialist Architecture & Designcontributes to the development and delivery of global retail concepts and architectural design solution. Reporting into theSenior Manager Retail Architecture & Design this position combinescreative leadership architectural rigor and strategic thinking.
You will support and independently deliver design development for selected projects contribute to new global concepts and act as a subjectmatter expert in architecture detailing and materialization. You will mentor junior designers collaborate crossfunctionally and ensure design intent is executed to the highest aesthetic technical and commercial standards worldwide.
Support the development and evolution ofglobal retail architecture and design concepts translating brand strategy into compelling physical environments
Own architectural and spatial design across multiple formats includingfullprice outlet and shopinshop concepts.
Drive design innovation while ensuring scalability feasibility and alignment with brand equity and commercial objectives
Developarchitectural layouts fixture and furniture systems and detailed design solutions from concept through prototyping and implementation
Ensure design solutions meetaesthetic technical sustainability operational and budgetary requirements
Produce and oversee highqualityguidelines standards drawings and technical documentationfor global rollout
Provide expertise indetailing value engineering materials and construction methods
Act as a key design partner toregional and local teams supporting project execution and ensuring global consistency
Collaborate with internal stakeholders acrossreal estate construction visual merchandising sustainability and procurement
Present concepts design rationales and recommendations to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity
Oversee and contribute tovisualization renderings and presentation materialsto clearly communicate design intent
Translate complex architectural ideas into clear actionable guidance for internal and external partners
Support and mentor junior designers fostering high creative and technical standards within the team
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes tools and design methodologies within Global Brand Experience department
5 years of experiencein architecture or retail design gained within a design agency brand or international retail environment
University degree inArchitecture Interior Architecture Design or a related field
Strong balance ofcreative vision technical expertise and analytical thinking
Proven experience deliveringglobal retail conceptsat scale
Deep understanding ofarchitectural detailing materials value engineering and furniture construction
Strong commercial awareness and ability to align design decisions with business and brand objectives
Confident communicator with strongpresentation stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Experience working withmultinational teams and global markets
Proficient inSketchUp V-Ray AutoCAD Adobe InDesign Photosho and advanced rendering skillsare a strong plus
Highly organized proactive and solutionoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Willingness to travel up to20%
