DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls chats and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience with a strong focus on satisfaction
- Build and maintain trusted relationships through open clear and interactive communication
- Provide accurate complete and up-to-date information using the appropriate tools and processes
- Achieve individual and team customer service targets including call-handling KPIs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions manage customer accounts and file documentation
- Adhere strictly to communication procedures guidelines and data protection policies when handling personal information.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Danish both verbal and written (C1 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
- Proven contact-handling skills with excellent active listening abilities
- Clear and professional written communication skills for email handling
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of sensitive data handling
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize effectively and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
