What Youll Do

Be the first point of contact for customers of a world-renowned consumer brand
Handle inquiries via phone email or chat in Italian providing top-tier service
Solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction with empathy and efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Become a product expert through our 10-day paid training program

What You Bring

Fluency in Italian (C2 level) written and spoken
Solid English (B2 level) to navigate training and internal tools
Strong communication & active listening skills
Team spirit and a customer-first mindset
EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
