About the opportunity

  • Provide quality resident focused care to residents their family using a holistic approach

  • Complete lifestyle assessments and preferences

  • Plan and coordinate daily activities for residents outings and responding to feedback

  • Monitor and support Volunteers

To thrive in this role you will have:

  • Excellent time management organisational and communication skills with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

  • A compassionate flexible and positive approach to effective resident care

  • The ability to nurture friendly respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current Police Record Check not older than 3 months.

  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.

  • Relevant Certificate 3 or Certificate 4
