Core competencies include proficient communication skills effective collaboration and problem-solving skills commitment to continuous professional improvement and engaging in essential job Job FunctionsEvaluate and assess program participants in residential rehabilitation and/or community environmentsDevelop effective treatment plans while providing quality service in collaboration with the rehabilitation team on strategies and techniques to support program participants programmingProvide re-evaluation programmatic changes and effectively manage a caseloadProvide guidance and support to occupational therapy assistantsFollows and implements documented rehab plans and/or protocolsDocuments participant progress toward meeting established objectives and outcomesMaintains daily documentation and report of services for program participantsServe on rehabilitation treatment team including meetings attending conferences departmental meetings for program development and establishing a system of operations for team enhancementFollows daily scheduling patterns communicates with staff and adjusts schedules as needed for flexibilityCollaborates with physicians staff professionals / paraprofessionals consultants families and community resources to ensure effectiveness of occupational therapy servicesQualifications:Graduate of an accredited OT programLicensed or license eligible through the IL Department of Financial and Professional RegulationExperience in neuro-rehabilitation drivers license car registration and auto insurance Effective communication skills A reliable responsible attitude and a compassionate approach Commitment to the companys mission and valuesWhy Join UsComplex work adding value to the organizations mission alongside a great team of job security with nationwide career development and advancement have meaningful work for you come join our team Apply Today!
