Mainly Monday to Friday some nights and weekends required
High volume providing 5 star guest experience across all touch points

THE POSITION

Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business goals.
Develop and implement exciting food concepts that attract and retain customers.
Market and promote the new café and future outlets to ensure commercial success.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Drive growth and profitability through innovative strategies and excellent management.

THE PERSON

Proven experience in managing (leased) retail spaces successfully.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Commercially savvy with a go-getter attitude.
Experience in developing and marketing food concepts.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-energy fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of all food safety related requirements.
