What Youll Actually Be Doing
Youre the first person patients talk to and one of the most important roles in the office.
Your day will include:
- Answering phones and scheduling patients (with personality not scripts read like a robot)
- Talking with patients in person about
- What we do
- Why it matters
- How their care plan works
- Explaining insurance benefits in simple terms (we train you)
- Helping patients understand the value of:
- Physical Therapy
- Chiropractic care
- Upgraded services like shockwave therapy
- Keeping the office running smoothly while keeping the energy positive
