Were looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician I to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs in our short-term Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton VA.
Schedule Options:
Monday - Friday and every other weekend 7am-3pm
Monday - Friday and every other weekend 3pm-11pm
Monday - Friday and every other weekend 11pm-7am
Your Role in Our Mission
The Behavior Technician I (BT I) will assist with daily programs and group activities designed to promote growth engagement and skill development. You will provide rehabilitative interventions and implement therapeutic strategies to help individuals achieve their goals while also assisting with personal care as needed to ensure safety and dignity. Collaboration is key! You will work closely with primary care providers community crisis resources and families to deliver consistent compassionate and coordinated care. You will also provide education guidance and a judgment-free supportive environment where every voice is heard. Additionally you will maintain daily documentation and reporting in our electronic health system of record.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Rate: $19 - $21 / hr based on experience
- Paid training: CPR / first-aid Mindset Medication Administration Infectious Disease and Seizure Management
- Generous paid time off and paid holidays
