Job Summary
Position: Escrow Support Processor
Contract: 2/17/2026 - 5/15/2026 (Potential Temp to Perm)
Pay:$18.00/HR Paid Weekly
Location & Schedule:
This is a hybrid role requiring in-office work in Florida or Texas based on business needs. Candidates must be local to at least one location.

Work hours are Pacific Time (6:00 AM6:00 PM PST) with the schedule subject to change. Overtime may be required depending on business needs.
This position is temp to perm for the right candidate.
Position Summary:
- Provides centralized administrative and clerical support for the initiation and closing of residential escrow files reducing high-volume processing demands on branch offices.
- Responsible for the accurate receipt scanning and imaging of escrow-related documents to ensure complete file history regulatory compliance and adherence to quality control standards.
- Serves as a liaison between escrow branches lenders and internal teams by communicating requirements instructions and status updates.
- Supports the receipt and processing of lender and buyer funds assists escrow teams with in-office support fulfills pre-document conditions manages HOA demand requests and performs remediation and escrow support functions at a national level.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Use of computers and technology.
