An established Charleston litigation law firm seeks a workers compensation defense litigation attorney to join their thriving practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess excellent academics
Strong writing research analytical and communications skills.
Experience in SC state and federal courts.
Prior experience in a workers compensation practice is required.
Have 2 years experience in Workers Compensation defense is preferred
Extensive experience with discovery.
High level of organization & preparation.
Motivated with strong work ethic.
Communicate effectively and possess excellent writing analytical and computer skills
