The purpose of the IT Integrator chapter lead role is to provide steering and ensure implementations of IT integrators projects across Finance & Risk. This functions requires strong stakeholder management and strategic steering skills. As well as the ability to prioritize stakeholder needs & report back to stakeholders. This role has as strong managerial / leadership aspect to motivate and grow a team of IT integrators. This role should clear heralds and ensure smooth delivery of projects IT Integrators are working on.
The team
The Chapter Lead IT integrator reports to the Head of the CIO Office. It steers a centralized team of IT Integrators for the entire Finance & Risk domain.
Roles and responsibilities
We are looking for the following responsibilities for this role:
Delivery: Projects delivered on time and within budget
Efficiency in removing obstacles and ensuring smooth delivery
People & Chapter development: Improvement in technical and behavioural skills across team
Motivate and lead team though employee engagement
All team members have talent development and succession planning completed
Stakeholder management: Effectively manage stakeholder and stakeholder needs and priorities
Ability to collaborate and influence across all domains within F&R
Operational Excellence: Implement and uphold governance and clear delivery processes including artefacts forums and reporting
Strategic Contribution: Contribute towards and align delivery with broader F&R and MT CTO strategic deliveries.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance through adherence of all risk related process example risk assessments etc
