Job Description:

Join a high-performance team as a founding AI Engineer to develop state-of-the-art LLM algorithms and production-ready evaluation pipelines. You will lead the development of proprietary models optimize prompting strategies and ship high-impact features for a global user base. This role offers the chance to define the technical trajectory of a rapidly scaling AI platform.

What you will do:

• Develop and lead the production of proprietary AI algorithms to push the boundaries of large language models.

• Build and maintain a state-of-the-art evaluation pipeline to benchmark performance on large datasets.

• Research and implement advanced prompt engineering methods to maximize model efficacy and output quality.

The ideal candidate:

• Expert in Python with industry experience shipping AI algorithms and evaluation pipelines into production.

• Hands-on experience with large language models prompt engineering and back-end development using PostgreSQL.

• Ambitious high-velocity engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and prioritizes shipping products to customers.
