STA Treasury Control Specialist

Were looking for a Control & Change and Transformation Specialist to temporarily strengthen the Control pillar of Group Treasury Control & Change and Transformation (GT CCT) for nine months. This role provides continuity in Non-Financial Risk (NFR) topics supports delivery of GT-specific control requirements and contributes to the broader improvement of governance and data quality across Group Treasury.

Roles and responsibilities

• Contribute to control-related change initiatives and NFR topics.

• Maintain and improve GT control requirements and NFR processes

• Analyze risk- or control-related data to identify patterns gaps or emerging risks.

• Strengthen data quality processes ensuring that structural improvements are identified and followed through.

• Improve governance documentation and related materials

We are looking for the following:

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of INGs NFR framework.

• Hands-on experience with iRisk.

• At least a basic understanding of Treasury / dealing room products and processes.

• Analytical skills and ability to work independently.

• Effective stakeholder management & communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of data quality concepts.

• Experience in governance or transformation topics.

• Project management skills

• Familiarity with GT governance processes
