Schedule: 3640 hours/week guaranteed
Travel: Home Health Mileage reimbursement $0.70/mile
Guardian Angel Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide home-based therapy services in Ventura California. This position is a travel/home health assignment offering a consistent MondayFriday 8-hour day schedule with a guaranteed 3640 hour workweek. Mileage reimbursement of $0.70/mile is provided for travel between patient homes.
In this role the PT will evaluate plan and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patients mobility strength and functional independence in a home setting. Candidates must hold an active California PT license and have excellent communication and time-management skills. Experience in home health physical therapy is preferred and the ability to work independently while managing a travel schedule is essential.
