Dates of Coverage:12:00 am March 2120263 -6mosassignment to extend as needs require

Reason for Coverage:Group model transitioning to Employed.

Schedule (Shifts and Hours):IR providers work M- F 7:30 4 with24 hourcall coveragenightsand weekends onsite.

Practice Setting:Hospital and some remote

Average Number of Cases Per Day:TBD depending onsubspecialty. This isa very busydepartment.

Documentation System/EMR:EPIC/PowerScribe/PACS

Description of Support Staff: Full Compliment

Patient Age Demographic:Neonates adolescents adults geriatrics; rarely if any pediatrics.
