Job Summary
Forward thinking fast growing employer in Ozaukee County is looking to hire!
2nd or 3rd shift (your pick) Process Tech or Set Up Tech
within the Plastics Industry.
Plastics industry and injection mold machining skills required to apply.
Cincinnati Milacron presses (16) with CAM programming (Virtual Gibbs).
Company manufactures for both long and short runs with tight tolerances.
Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with employees at all skill level will make you the preferred candidate.
Mechanical mindset with a good understanding of molding plastic.
Monitor & insure press utilization & productivity.
People skills & ensure the effective use of personnel.
Monitor & work to reduce scrap levels.
Ensure eff use of raw materials (including regrind)
Work on cycle time improvement programs.
Maintain clean & safe shop.
Work with Maint to ensure equipment in good repair.
Also onsite: Milling machines EDM stations surface finishers inspection equipment and Optical CMM.
