Job Summary
Andrews Cadillac Mt. Juliet is looking for a Service Dispatcher / Warranty Administrator to join our growing service team.
This is a key operational role within our service department responsible for coordinating Technician workflow and ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently. The right candidate will be highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities
Warranty Administration
- Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure claims meet GM and manufacturer compliance requirements
- Monitor warranty receivables and follow up on unpaid or rejected claims
- Resubmit corrected claims and track claim status
- Coordinate warranty parts returns and documentation
- Stay current with factory recalls bulletins and warranty updates
Service Dispatching
- Assist with dispatching repair orders to technicians based onskillset and workload
- Monitor technician productivity and workflow
- Review repair orders for completeness and proper documentation
- Ensure labor operations and times are properly recorded
- Open and close repair orders when necessary
Qualifications
- Previous GM warranty administration experience required
- Dealership service department experience preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass apre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid Drivers License required
Training will be provided for dispatching responsibilities for qualified candidates.
