The IT Support & ITSM Intern will support daytoday IT operations while gaining handson experience with enterprise service management practices. This role provides exposure to enduser support ITILaligned processes ticketing systems and continuous service improvement initiatives. The intern will work closely with IT support engineers service managers and business stakeholders to help deliver reliable and efficient technology services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student in IT operations service management and cybersecurityaware support environments.

Duration and Location:

This is a summer internship position onsite in the Raleigh NC office. The internship is expected to start May 18th with a duration of 8 weeks ending July 10th Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM daily (32 hours per week).

Below outlines your daily tasks:

• Provide Level 1 IT support for end users and learn how an Technology organization works and learn how to use ServiceNow
• Troubleshooting hardware software and connectivity issues
• Supporting laptops peripherals mobile devices and collaboration tools
• Escalate issues appropriately and follow through to resolution
• Assist with device provisioning onboarding offboarding and asset tracking
• Document common issues resolutions and how-to guides in the knowledge base

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
