Were looking for a UX Design Consultant to spearhead the development of outstanding user experiences. This is a handson role focused on practical delivery requiring strong UX expertise analytical ability and a usercentred approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the endtoend UX design process collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define user needs and convert them into actionable design solutions.
Conduct user research develop personas and map user journeys.
Design and prototype high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma.
Plan and oversee usability testing sessions.
Champion accessibility and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Optimise user journeys by analysing behaviour patterns and conversion paths.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align content and design.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio.
Strong research capability.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma.
Ability to interpret data and translate findings into UX enhancements.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG AA).
Strong communication skills.
