The team

Youll be part of a flexible high-impact HR team that partners with leaders across ING. Our mission is to empower managers with the tools insights and support they need to lead their teams effectively. Youll rotate between domains gaining exposure to different business challenges and contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the future of our workforce. Formally you will be part of the Corporate Staff Department team reporting to the Head of HR CSD NL.

Roles and responsibilities

As an HRBP Consultant you will:

  • Partner with leaders to support strategic people decisions including talent planning succession and team performance.
  • Deliver data-driven HR insights to diagnose business issues and enhance employee engagement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR frameworks tools and policies.
  • Provide expert advice on HR practices ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals.
  • Support strategic workforce planning through complex scenario analysis and forecasting.
  • Build strong relationships across the business acting as a trusted advisor and change agent.

  • Proven experience (1 3 years) in HR business partnering or a related HR role.

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
