How youll make an impact:
THV Medical Affairs team partners closely with proctors KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) consultants and crimp nurses to support Proctoring Training Consulting and Crimping this role you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Healthcare Professional (HCP) agreements and related tasks for HCPs Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) and other external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for payment processing and help streamline workflows and processes within the team.
- Manage the full lifecycle of HCP agreements including Proctor Consulting Advisory Board and Crimp Nurse Service agreements. This includes drafting contracts coordinating legal reviews and processing payments in line with contract terms.
- Prepare and manage engagement letters (onetime agreements) for HCPs participating in Medical Affairs activities such as proctor webinars or congress speaking engagements.
- Define HCP service scope and handle related operational activities: process invoices track costs verify service delivery monitor budgets and address complex issues.
- Monitor contract expirations and collaborate with HCPs/HCOs to ensure timely renewals in accordance with requirements.
- Review all contracts for compliance with internal guidelines ensuring proper approvals and signatures and collaborate with regional and country teams on HCP contract management processes.
- Support documentation activities related to Quality requirements.
- Provide Proctor Portal support to ensure an optimal user experience for THV proctors.
- Manage incoming requests from the field teams related to proctor and crimp nurse needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to Proctoring activities.
This is a temporary role for 12 months with the potential for extension.
What youll need (Required):
- University degree and several years of relevant experience in administrative roles preferably within Regulatory or Medical Affairs.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus

- Strong attention to detail and an eye for identifying and correcting errors
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking abilities including a proactive approach to identifying issues and driving solutions.
- Experience in healthcare MedTech or pharmaceutical industries is preferred
- Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all organizational levels including senior external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business systems like COUPA SFDC ECLM etc. is a big plus.
