The Role
Teaching Food Technology across KS3 and KS4
Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons
Promoting high standards of food hygiene safety and organisation
Supporting pupils with coursework and practical assessments
Encouraging creativity independence and confidence in practical work
Working collaboratively within a successful Design & Technology department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Food Technology Hospitality Nutrition or a related subject
Experience teaching Food Technology at KS3 and KS4
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practical assessment
High expectations for pupil engagement behaviour and progress
A professional organised and positive teaching approach
