Customer Service Executive Repairs

Were opening new offices in Sofia Bulgaria and ahead of the launch were looking for aviationskilled professionals to join our growing business.

Were currently recruiting for a Customer Repairs Coordinator to support our global customer base and ensure a smooth efficient repairs this role youll manage repair orders coordinate with suppliers track turnaround times and provide clear timely updates to customers all while building strong relationships that support longterm partnership.

As this position plays a key role in our aviation operations previous aviation experience is essential.

Key Duties:

• Collaborate with the Customer Repairs Team Leader and AJW Group to ensure stock levels meet customer expectations and financial goals

• Play a key role in MRO Operations

• Follow all updated procedures for stock upgrades

• Optimize cost savings and minimize repair turnaround time

• Support the team in meeting service obligations and department goals

• Select vendors and process repair orders

• Collaborate with vendors to control costs and enhance profitability

• Expedite repair orders to reduce turnaround time

• Support Sales by prioritizing urgent requests

• Coordinate with warehouse logistics and inspection as needed

You will bring:

• Previous experience in customer service within the aviation industry is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage customer inquiries and facilitate the repair process efficiently

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction

• Collaborative team player with the ability to work across different departments

• Self-Managing: Able to progress solutions without being given specific tasks daily
