About the Role
As the Principal Business Partner you will work closely with leaders across the organisation to understand priorities and ensure technology initiatives deliver meaningful value. You will identify opportunities for digital uplift strengthen business relationships guide conversations on emerging trends and contribute to a partnering function that is collaborative proactive and outcomefocused.
About You
You are a trusted advisor with experience at the intersection of technology and business strategy. You engage confidently with senior stakeholders challenge assumptions constructively and translate complex technology issues into clear commercial outcomes. You think analytically communicate with clarity and bring a collaborative style that supports organisational digital maturity.

Who we are
DCCEEW conserves and protects the states natural environment. It manages the NSW national park estate including its rich and diverse biodiversity and Aboriginal cultural heritage for future generations.
DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state to support the environment communities and industry.
