About the teamand role

Strategic Sales Team

As part of GBGs Strategic Sales Team this role is pivotal to delivering identity intelligence and fraud solutions at scale. Australia and New Zealand are central to GBGs global expansion plansrepresentinga significant opportunity to help existing and new clients achieve theirobjectivesin customer onboarding and risk management.

Our mission is simple: put the customer first.

By providing high-quality service and seamless engagement we improve the customer journey drive enhanced profitabilityand ul. This role focuses on GBGs Top 100 customers and strategic prospects building deep executive relationships unlocking growth across our portfolio and ensuring GBG is to do business with.

Strategic Account Director

You will own a portfolio of GBGs strategic accountsin financial servicesacross Australia strengthening executive relationships unlocking growth and making GBG easier to do business with. Partneringcrossfunctionally youwill leadvaluebasedaccount planning orchestrate multidisciplinary deal teams and convert insight into measurable revenue outcomesacross our identity verification fraud preventionbiometricsand orchestration solutions.

What you will do

    • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in Australia.
    • Build strong executive relationships and become a trusted advisor.
    • Develop and execute account plans to deliver revenue targets.
    • Identifyopportunities for cross-sell and upsell across GBG solutions.
    • Lead deal teams and manage the sales cycle from discovery to close.
    • Partner with Marketing and Client Success to drive engagement and value.
    • Provideaccurateforecasts andmaintainCRM hygiene.

Skillswerelooking for

    • Resourcefulnesshigh levelof curiosity passion to learn courage to try fail and win.
    • Proven experience in strategic or key account management.
    • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and sell to C-suite.
    • Strong communicationand relationship-building skills.
    • Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and complex deals.
    • Have knowledge of end-to-end software project implementation.
    • Knowledge of identity fraud or analytics solutions (preferred).
