Customer Purchase Journey (CPJ) team at Amazon forms the backbone of multiple commerce experiences like Retail Quick commerce sub-same day off-Amazon shopping Amazon Fresh to name a few. We own the CX and services that power the discovery and selection of products services and delivery options tailored to the customers unique location which then enables them to build their Cart Checkout review their order via Thank You Page and ensure timely post order processing and refunds processing.

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Technical in the CPJ product this role you will work on Amazons product suite that models transportation and regional capabilities of all items offers sellers and destinations accurately authoritatively and completely for all Amazon marketplaces. The product vision is to exponentially simplify the ability for Amazon businesses and its partners to support regionally-contextual initiatives and to enable a customer experience that allows for a seamless shopping experience from product discovery to purchase based on their location program eligibility and delivery options.

As Sr. Product Manager -Technical you are the end-to-end owner of your products vision strategy and execution. You will define the product roadmap and bring your vision to life by leading a cross-functional team of engineers designers program managers and other product owners. You will support day-to-day product development from design through to release. Your product requirements are concise with clear measurable success criteria. You are an effective negotiator make smart trade-offs without sacrificing quality and drive appropriate schedules. You use data to influence our business strategy and technical priorities and escalate when necessary without damaging relationships. You represent your products and the product team and are comfortable communicating with senior executives as well as with business and technical stakeholders.

As a Sr. Product Manager-Technical in the CPJ Products team you will lead both front-end and back-end product areas across the purchase journey. Key responsibilities include:
* Be the voice of the customer - you are in the drivers seat for steering the end-to-end vision across product areas using the working backwards processes and supporting AB experimentation mechanisms.
* Define and improve metrics to gain insight into the customer experience and track progress towards goals.
* Influence tech partners to ensure our architectural decisions align with customer needs.
* Partner with teams like Delivery Experience Quick Commerce Grocery Prime SCOT. Fulfillment Returns and Refunds Customer Service (and more) to deliver on your roadmap.
* Collaborate with hundreds of partner teams that innovate across our services gaining insight into Amazon-wide strategic initiatives and priorities.

- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
