Job Summary
Whether youre new to sales or an experienced estimator we provide the training tools and brand recognition to help you succeed.
What Youll Do
- Represent Fish Window Cleaning professionally and generate new commercial business through door-to-door outreach.
- Actively contribute to the growth of the business by identifying opportunities and building relationships.
- Visit businesses within San Gabriel Valley (defined zip codes).
- Write valid window cleaning estimates using our mobile app.
- Collect required business information (decision-maker contact hours notes etc.).
- Follow up on contacts and work toward business goals.
- 3-6 hours per day between the hours of 9:30am - 3:30pm
- Any days between Tuesday - Friday for 2-3 days
- Are confident and enjoy connecting with others.
- Build relationships easily and make a great first impression.
- Are self-motivated organized and comfortable working independently.
- Have reliable transportation a valid drivers license and car insurance (required).
- Have a working smartphone (required).
Base Pay
- Hourly Rate: $18$21 per hour (Depending on Experience).
- Estimate Rate: $1$2 per valid estimate written (Depending On Experience).
- Minimum of 4 estimates per hour.
- 10% commission on the 12-month value of customers who sign up for service paid on top of hourly rate and estimate rate.
Example: If a customer signs up for window cleaning valued at $550 for one year you earn $55.00 in commission.

We are looking for courteous self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations office buildings and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work travel between jobs and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation proof of insurance and a valid drivers license to be considered for employment.
