This role sits at the intersection of product presentation packaging aesthetics brand psychology and conversion-driven optimization.
Responsibilities Include:
Own the visual strategy for product listings across e-commerce marketplaces
Guide the look and feel of product packaging and listing visuals
Apply consumer psychology and market research to create high-converting assets
Provide creative direction and approve main images infographics and A content
Ensure consistency storytelling and performance across all listing visuals
Review competitive listings to identify trends and opportunities
Leverage AI and research tools to inform design and optimization decisions
Collaborate closely with product developers and designers
Support additional marketplaces such as Target when needed
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong background in e-commerce listing design or visual merchandising
Deep understanding of Amazon listings and conversion-driven visuals
Strong eye for branding layout and storytelling
Experience applying consumer psychology to design decisions
Comfortable using AI and research tools
Highly detail-oriented with strong creative judgment
Able to collaborate cross-functionally
Salary: $65k - $100k/Year
