Lead Odiseis growth by owning revenue channels and experimentation across both hardware (electronic wind instruments) and software (Odisei Play our learning/practice app).
This is a hands-on role blending strategy and execution with a clear path to Head of Growth.
Tasks
What youll do
- Define and execute the growth strategy across B2C and B2B
- Own our hardware software flywheel: connect the dots between instrument sales and product usage/retention in the app
- Identify and prioritize high-leverage growth opportunities: channels pricing bundles markets
- Run and optimize performance marketing (Meta Google TikTok)
- Improve funnels CRO checkout and conversion rates
- Lead a continuous experimentation roadmap (weekly tests)
- Collaborate tightly with Sales Product and Tech
- Work with our Growth Engineer on technical implementations and tracking
- Coordinate with our Marketing Manager on content and visual production
- Track and report revenue CAC and ROI directly to the CEO

- Consistent MoM revenue growth
- CAC under control and improving
- Clear revenue attribution from growth initiatives
- Faster learning through experiments
- Clear decision-ready reporting that drives priorities
Requirements
Who you are
- 38 years in Growth Performance Marketing or Growth Product roles
- Strong business mindset you think in outcomes not tasks
- Hands-on with data fast execution low ego.
- Comfortable in fast-moving ambiguous environments
- Clear communicator and self-starter
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Bonus: background or passion for music hardware products apps or e-commerce
