The OpportunityAgentero is a remote-first Series A-backed startup building technology to modernize insurance distribution. One of our core initiatives Producerflow () is transforming how carriers manage producer onboarding and compliance for millions of users. With $25M raised from top investors including Foundation Capital (Uber Netflix) and USV (Twitter Coinbase). Were at an inflection point and were looking for builders to help us scale.
Youll work closely with design and product to deliver end-to-end features leveraging AI-assisted development to move faster and smarter.
What Youll Do
- Ship production features weekly turning complex insurance processes into intuitive delightful experiences.
- Own the full feature lifecycle: design collaboration implementation production monitoring.
- Build lightning-fast UIs optimized for accessibility and top-tier performance.
- Integrate AI capabilities into the product using the Vercel AI SDK.
- Contribute to engineering best practices and help teammates level up with AI tools.
What Were Looking For (Must-haves)
- Several years of experience building production React/ applications.
- Strong CSS-in-JS or Tailwind skills and a deep understanding of responsive design.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and modern build tools.
- Experience shipping user-facing features at scale.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI coding tools (training provided).
Nice-to-haves
- Vercel AI SDK or LLM integration experience.
- Framer Motion / GSAP for animation.
- Sentry DataDog or other monitoring tools.
