Summary:
TheAssistant Community Director is responsible for assisting the CommunityDirector in the on-site general operations of the Community to include leasingresident relations and maintenance coordination of the Communitys assets. Theoverall objective of the Assistant Community Director is assisting theCommunity Director to effectively manage the community in the mostcost-effective manner possible in order to achieve maximum net operatingincome.
Education and Experience
GEDor High School diploma preferred
Oneor more years of experience in Community management / leasing
