Position: DevOps Engineer
Location: St Louis MO ( ONSITE )
Duration: 12 months Contract
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong experience in AWS CI/CD pipelines GitLab and Datadog. The ideal candidate will design automate and optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows to support high availability scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AWS-based infrastructure (EC2 VPC IAM S3 ECS/EKS Lambda).
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Implement monitoring alerting and dashboards using Datadog.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Improve deployment reliability performance and security across environments.
- Collaborate with development teams on release processes and environment stability.
- Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD.
- Expertise with Datadog monitoring & observability.
- Solid understanding of containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of scripting (Python Bash).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code practices.
