Job Summary

POSITION

Product Designer (UX/UI)

Start date & Location

Location: Juno Beach Onsite

REQUIRED SKILLS

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design HCI or a related field.

o Proven experience (3 years) in UX and UI design preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

o Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD InVision or similar. (Figma preferred)

o Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

o Experience with user research methods including interviews surveys and usability testing.

o Ability to create high-quality wireframes prototypes and visual designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

o Experience in the energy or technology sectors is a plus.

o Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML CSS JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers.

o Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
