Job Title: Senior AI/ML Business Analyst (AWS BPMN Data Automation & Decisioning)

Location: Brooklyn NY onsite

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications

• Facilitate collaborative workshops with business stakeholders to capture and document end-to-end business processes pain points user stories functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct feasibility and impact assessments to identify opportunities for AI/ML adoption intelligent automation decisioning and workflow optimization.
• Create detailed process models (BPMN) system and data flow diagrams data lineage artifacts and integration documentation.
• Translate business and functional requirements into precise implementation-ready technical specifications including API definitions data flows validation rules and AI/ML model inputs and outputs.
• Evaluate existing applications databases system integrations and AWS cloud environments to support solution design and implementation decisions.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects developers data scientists and engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements and alignment with solution objectives.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to define data requirements metrics business rules validation logic and expected AI/ML model behavior.
• Lead and support AI pilots and proofs of concept (POCs) establishing success criteria monitoring outcomes and documenting lessons learned to enable scalable deployment.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy operational efficiency regulatory compliance and user experience.
• Support the design and delivery of dashboards analytics KPIs and reporting for both business users and executive leadership.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by maintaining requirements traceability coordinating defect triage and supporting business validation and sign-off.
• Work in partnership with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage across standard edge and exception scenarios with a focus on AI-enabled solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between business units IT delivery teams vendor partners and technical subject-matter experts to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Produce regular project status reports technical documentation and executive-level summaries outlining progress risks and outcomes.
• Support training delivery standard operating procedure (SOP) updates knowledge transfer and production rollout activities.
