Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (Agile ADO/Jira QA & Process Automation 8 yrs)
Location: Austin TX (Onsite )
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
- Strong experience working in Agile environments including user story creation and participation in all Agile ceremonies
- Proven ability to lead Refinement and Sprint Planning sessions
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Jira or similar Agile/project management tools
- Expertise in performing complex senior-level business analysis
- Ability to work with limited supervision exercising independent judgment and initiative
- Experience analyzing program policies and procedures and assessing their impact on automated systems
- Demonstrated skill in coordinating with external vendors and contractors including defining assigning and evaluating work
- Strong background in business process improvement and automation initiatives
- Experience consulting on application analysis troubleshooting system issues and implementing solutions
- Proven ability to provide quality assurance oversight and consultation for projects and special initiatives
- Expertise in reviewing project charters design documents test plans and risk assessments and providing actionable feedback
- Experience developing training curricula and conducting formal training sessions for system modules
- Strong knowledge of test case design test execution and change request processing
- Previous experience working with TDA systems
- Perform advanced business analysis to support enterprise system initiatives
- Collaborate with business users product owners and technical teams to translate requirements into clear user stories
- Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Analyze policies procedures and workflows to determine system impacts and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate and manage work with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Identify and propose automation opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide application support troubleshooting and solution implementation
- Ensure quality standards through QA reviews oversight and consultation
- Review and provide feedback on key project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and deliver training sessions for system users
- Design and review test cases and support system change management activities
