Job Title: Technical Product Owner/Business Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams. The Technical PO will own the product backlog translate business needs into clear technical requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality scalable solutions. This role requires a strong technical background Agile expertise and the ability to drive clarity prioritization and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog ensuring stories are well-defined prioritized and ready for development
- Translate business and customer requirements into technical user stories epics and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering architecture QA and UX teams to clarify requirements and drive delivery
- Define and communicate product vision roadmap and release plans
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning backlog grooming reviews and retrospectives
- Accept completed work and ensure it meets functional technical and quality standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to balance business priorities technical feasibility and delivery timelines
- Support dependency management risk mitigation and scope trade-off decisions
- Ensure alignment with architecture security and compliance standards
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working with APIs microservices cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data-driven systems
- Ability to read and understand technical designs system diagrams and architecture documents
- Experience writing technical user stories and defining acceptance criteria
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira Confluence Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts (nice advantage)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Palo Alto certifications (PCNSA / PCNSE)
- Cisco certifications (CCNA / CCNP)
- Experience in enterprise or multi-site network environments
Exposure to cloud networking (AWS / Azure) is a plus
