Associate - Commercial Technology (Data Protection) - Ipswich or Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A highly successful corporate commercial technology team within a leading law firm
Role
- Advise clients across a range of industries on UK/EU data protection regulations
- Develop data protection policies and manage compliance efforts
- Respond to data incidents and Subject Access Requests
- Conduct privacy training/awareness campaigns for client teams
- Keep abreast of relevant regulatory and legislative changes
- 3 years PQE
- Data protection certifications (such as IAPP CIPP/E) and an interest in AI/cybersecurity advantageous but not required
- Commercially minded and pragmatic
