Key Responsibilities
- Strong expertise in Bill of Materials (BOM) Change Management processes Manufacturing and Logistics Operations.
- Develop maintain and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) including Master BOM Manufacturing BOM Production BOM and Shipment BOM.
- Execute and support BOM generation updates and revision control in an ERP system.
- Manage and support Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and related Change Management processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in production planning logistics and engineering to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot BOM-related issues and work with teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support shipment and logistics operations as required.
- Work in rotational shifts (Morning Afternoon Night) to provide continuous operational support when required.

- Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories practices and procedures within a discipline
Business Expertise
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
Leadership
- No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contribution
Problem Solving
- Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
Impact
- Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage tasks in a time-sensitive production environment.
- Exchanges straightforward information asks questions and checks for understanding
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an added advantage
- Exposure to Shipment & Logistics Operations is desirable but not mandatory
Qualification
- B.E in Mechanical/ Industrial Production with 3-5 Yrs experience in Manufacturing - Production Planning / Logistics or Warehouse Operation or similar role.
