This role is designed for someone who enjoys ownership structure and thoughtful by bringing clarity to complex work applying sound judgment to decision-making and improving outcomes through a disciplined strategic approach rather than focusing on volume working independently and collaborating cross-functionally to move work forward.


How Youll Make an Impact

Wereseeking a Proposal Manager to lead Agilitys RFP efforts end-to-end within our Sales Enablement team. This role plays a key part in shaping how we evaluate opportunities develop proposals and continuously improve outcomes through a structured strategic approach.

You will lead RFP opportunity evaluation and own the proposal process end-to-end applying judgment and insight to improve outcomes over time. Your work will inform how the business positions itself and strengthens its ability to compete for the right opportunities.


What Youll Get to Do

  • Own Agility PR Solutions RFP process end-to-end including opportunity identification evaluation proposal development and submission within the Sales Enablement function.
  • Identify qualify and present high-quality RFP opportunities to the sales team ensuring time and effort are focused on the most relevant and winnable opportunities.
  • Design implement and manage an RFP monitoring program across Canada the United States and the United Kingdomleveragingpublic and private procurement portals and tools toidentifyrelevant opportunities.
  • Evaluate RFPs against business capabilities and priorities todeterminewhich opportunities to pursue applying judgment around fit effort and likelihood of success.
  • Developoperate and continuously improve an AI-enabled proposal workflow using both Agilitys internal tools and external solutions to increase speed consistency and efficiency.
  • Write clear concise and compelling proposal responses tailored to individual RFP requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing Engineering Client Success and other subject matter experts to gather inputsvalidateresponses and ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Maintain and evolve a centralized library of reusable proposal content templates case studies and standard responses to support efficient proposal development.
  • Track proposal activity and outcomes including submissions and results and contribute insights that help inform future RFP approaches.
  • Provide structured feedback on proposal workflows tools and content to support ongoing improvement including feedback to teams responsible for AI tooling.
  • Stay current on best practices in proposal development RFP management and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Other duties asrequired.


What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing English Business or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in proposal writing bid management or RFP ownership within a B2B SaaS technology or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes RFP evaluation criteria and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience working with major RFP portals such as MERXBidNetCanadaBuys GovWin Contracts Finder or Find a Tender.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to translate complex offerings into clear persuasive procurement-friendly language.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently exercise sound judgment andoperateeffectively with limited guidance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to support writing research or workflow efficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge low-value or poor-fit opportunities.

Compensation for this role is expected to fall within the base salary range of $75000$100000 CAD withadditionalperformance-based incentive compensation. Final offers will reflect experience skills and internal equity.
