Description
Forecast an Accelo-owned company helps professional services firms manage projects plan resources and track profitability - without the spreadsheet chaos. Were hiring a Product Manager to own product areas and ship with clear direction from experienced product leadership.
This role will focus on AI- and data-driven product initiatives helping customers gain clearer insights make better decisions and reduce manual effort through intelligent features.
Were looking for someone who takes pride in clear specs unblocked engineers and software that actually ships. Youll own a product area and turn roadmap priorities into working features.
Key Responsibilities
- Help shape priorities by bringing customer feedback usage data and internal input to planning conversations.
- Join customer calls and research sessions to stay close to how people actually use the product.
- Break down roadmap priorities into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Run sprint planning manage the backlog and keep work moving through the team.
- Work with engineering to scope work unblock issues and hit release targets.
- Keep your team and stakeholders aligned on what were building and why.
- Coordinate releases with marketing - release notes customer comms the usual.
- Partner with engineering to deliver AI and insight-driven features.
- Translate complex data outputs into simple valuable product experiences.
What You Bring
- You have 13 years of experience as a PM in B2B SaaS.
- Youre highly organised - your specs are clear your tickets stay fresh and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Youre comfortable using analytics tools (we use Amplitude) to validate decisions.
- You can synthesise different inputs and bring clarity to ambiguous problems.
- You work independently while keeping the right people informed.
- Experience working on AI automation or data-driven features (e.g. insights forecasting recommendations) is a strong plus.
Where Youll Be
This role requires you to reside in the Wollongong area with the option to work from home two days a week. We are a global team with members in the US UK India Philippines and Australia.
