Job Summary
Overview
Serve as a liaison between customers the Information Systems and Technology (IST) division and Corporate in this vital position maintaining mobile device deployment maintenance and auditing.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the focal point for the IST Divisions mobile device deployments
- Create Purchase Orders and work with telecom vendors during the procurement process
- Work closely with colleagues to determine eligibility for mobile device programs
- Maintain an in-house inventory of mobile devices available for deployment
- Participate in IT Asset Management by ensuring all devices are properly assigned
- Assist colleagues with device setup application installation and perform minor troubleshooting where necessary
Requirements
- 1 years of relevant experience
- Superior customer service skills excellent organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with IT equipment lifecycle including procurement deployment and retirement
- Possess independent problem solving and self-direction skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
Recommended Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree
- Experience with SAP
